Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Minor Works Manager who has a proven track record within a similar position. The role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced people/team manager who can contribute to improving performance both at a strategic and operational level within a successful, well established electrical contracting business.
The successful candidate will be an experienced individual who can demonstrate strong, effective management skills, with the ability to empower and motivate employees.
Key Accountabilities

Responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the performance of the Minor Work Teams.

Introduce best practice processes.

Set clear targets for the teams.

Provide both planned and reactive support at all times.
Experience
- Current management experience in building services maintenance.
- Successful track record.
- Excellent commercial awareness with knowledge of current market environment.
- Knowledgeable about current ‘Best Practices’ and engineering standards.
